Community Health Partners (CHP) has announced an innovative initiative to quickly take the pulse of the community on key healthcare topics. The program is called 1000 Voices. CHP will gather detailed survey information on a broad range of healthcare related topics from area residents.

The results of the community survey will be shared on this web site and CHP will outline the steps it will take to respond to the needs which are revealed.
